Everything you need and more! You get the right to operate as a Skilled Handyman franchisee in an exclusive franchise territory for a period of 5 years with another 5 year option to renew.
You will register your own business called Skilled Handyman with the territory name attached (we can assist with this if required).
If you opt to renew in 5 years there are no additional franchise charges.
For your franchise fee you also receive all the training, operational, marketing and other support you need to operate your business.
Skilled Handyman is a general handyman service. You will be doing general handyman work and if you are asked to quote a job that you are not qualified to do, then we have a network of qualified licensed tradies who you can refer the job onto. So from the customer’s perspective it’s a seamless process.
You do not need a degree or certificates to operate a Skilled Handyman franchise, however, a home handy person with some experience in the use of powers tools is a pre-requisite.
